Here are some of the frequently asked questions about tattoos, booking, etc ✧・゚: *✧・゚:*

How old do I have to be to get tattooed?
18 years old, NO exceptions. This is a rule of the state of Georgia.
Can I bring a guest to my appointment?
Absolutely! I have space for one other person (over the age of 18) to hang out with us!
Can you draw my design before I book with you?
Absolutely not, no exceptions.
For custom pieces, once your deposit is placed, I'll send sketches your way up to 2 weeks before your appointment. From there we'll work together to amke sure your design is exactly what you're hoping for!
Should I shave before my appointment?
Shaving yourself before your tattoo is totally unnecessary, I'm expect to do it, so i have a razor out for it!
The worst thing you could do to your skin before getting tatted is cut, irritate, or injure it. There's also a possibility the area will get prickly again before your appointment. Thank you anyway, but it's part of the job, and hair doesn't faze me ☆.。.:*
What is your policy on numbing cream?
The FDA has issued a warning about numbing creams, its been found that many of them contain excessively high levels of lidocaine, which could potentially have serios health consequences.
On top of health risks, numbing cream changes the texture of your skin. This typically means I'll have to work much slower to ensure there's no scarring. Even then, I'm noticing the pieces on clients who used numbing cream are healing poorly, with saturation issues I'm not seeing on other pieces.
That being said, out of an abundance of caution, I will no longer be tattooing clients who've applied numbing cream for their appointment. If I found out you have used it beforehand, your appointment will be cancelled, with the potential of losing your deposit. Tattoos done with numbing cream having been applied will NOT qualify for free touchups.
There are still options available for pain management during your appointment! Bactine is still FDA compliant, and is typically on hand, along with as many breaks as needed available. My clients comfort is a top priority, but health and safety will always be #1. The adverse effects are way too risky in my opinion, and I no longer feel comfortable tattooing with these products, no exceptions.
